{"id":7324,"date":"2019-12-23T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2019-12-23T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.psew.pl\/?p=7324"},"modified":"2024-03-21T12:01:52","modified_gmt":"2024-03-21T12:01:52","slug":"offshore-wind-legislation-to-be-passed-in-q1-2020","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.psew.pl\/en\/offshore-wind-legislation-to-be-passed-in-q1-2020\/","title":{"rendered":"Offshore wind legislation to be passed in Q1 2020"},"content":{"rendered":"<h4><strong>Introduction of a separate support scheme for offshore wind, as well as administrative solutions streamlining the development of projects in the Baltic Sea \u2013 are the main assumptions of the\u00a0 <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/bip.kprm.gov.pl\/kpr\/wykaz\/r4536904,Projekt-ustawy-o-promowaniu-wytwarzania-energii-elektrycznej-w-morskich-farmach-.html\">draft Offshore Wind Act<\/a><strong>.<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>The bill on promoting electricity generation in offshore wind farms was entered in the list of legislative works of the Council of Ministers on 20 December.<\/p>\n<p>As indicated, a dedicated support scheme for offshore wind farms will be funded from the existing RES fee (under Article 95 of the RES Act), which already includes funds for that purpose. That is why such a scheme will not result in a higher burden for end consumers.<\/p>\n<p>The government plans to pass the bill in the first quarter of 2020.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The works on the draft are in the responsibility of the Minister of State Assets, Jacek Sasin, and the Ministry of State Assets is responsible for its submission to the Parliament.<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Introduction of a separate support scheme for offshore wind, as [&hellip;]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":2,"featured_media":6318,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"inline_featured_image":false,"footnotes":""},"categories":[36],"tags":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v19.9 -
