\u201cWhat the wind energy industry should expect in 2019?\u201d was the motto of a seminar for representatives of the industry dedicated to changes to the legal framework organised by PWEA.<\/h5>\n
The recent amendment to the RES Act is still important for the industry. In connection with many questions concerning the effects of the new regulations the Polish Wind Energy Association organised a seminar dedicated to the amendment.<\/p>\n
K&L Gates experts presented the participants the adjustments to the certificates of origin scheme and the amendments to the RES Act pertaining to extension of interconnection agreements for existing projects, planned by the legislator. Deloitte representatives proposed a strategy for this year\u2019s auction, whereas TGE shared knowledge how to earn on guarantees of origin. The event attracted substantial attention; therefore, we are planning to organise a second edition on 7 May 2019<\/a>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
