{"id":7543,"date":"2015-04-27T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2015-04-27T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.psew.pl\/?p=7543"},"modified":"2024-04-02T08:07:07","modified_gmt":"2024-04-02T08:07:07","slug":"the-first-simulated-auction-for-renewable-energy-sources-in-poland","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.psew.pl\/en\/the-first-simulated-auction-for-renewable-energy-sources-in-poland\/","title":{"rendered":"The first simulated auction for Renewable Energy Sources in Poland"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"background-image: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-size: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial; background-position: initial; background-repeat: initial;\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: 'Calibri',sans-serif; color: black;\">On behalf of PWEA, PwC consulting firm and Doma\u0144ski Zakrzewski Palinka (DZP) law firm we would like to invite you to participate in the first simulated auction for Renewable Energy Sources in Poland.<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-family: 'Calibri',sans-serif; color: black;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"background-image: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-size: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial; background-position: initial; background-repeat: initial;\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: 'Calibri',sans-serif; color: black;\">Registration for the simulation will be launched on 28 April at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.zieloneaukcje.pl\"><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\">www.zieloneaukcje.pl<\/span><\/a> and will be open until 7 May. <\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"background-image: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-size: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial; background-position: initial; background-repeat: initial;\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: 'Calibri',sans-serif; color: black;\">The auction is available for all technologies subject to the new support scheme. <\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"background-image: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-size: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial; background-position: initial; background-repeat: initial;\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: 'Calibri',sans-serif; color: #4ba524;\">The first step<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-family: 'Calibri',sans-serif; color: black;\"> to participate in the simulation is to register the bidding company (from 28 April to 7 May) to receive a special code enabling the submission of auction bids. The codes ensure full anonymity and confidentiality of submitted bids; this will be supervised by DZP law firm. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"background-image: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-size: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial; background-position: initial; background-repeat: initial;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Calibri',sans-serif; color: black;\">Before the commencement of the auction PWEA will announce reference prices, whereas the auction volume will be set at tens of percents of submitted bids \u2013 hence it will be clear not every subject will win. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"background-image: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-size: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial; background-position: initial; background-repeat: initial;\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: 'Calibri',sans-serif; color: #4ba524;\">The second step<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-family: 'Calibri',sans-serif; color: black;\"> will comprise the opening of an auction session (8-13 May), when investors (using previously received codes) will submit bids after logging on the auction website <a href=\"http:\/\/www.zieloneuakcje.pl\">www.zieloneuakcje.pl<\/a>. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"background-image: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-size: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial; background-position: initial; background-repeat: initial;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Calibri',sans-serif; color: black;\">During the event you will be able to use a simplified financial model, which will assist you in calculation of the auction price. The model will be avaible with the launch of the second step (8th May). <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"background-image: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-size: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial; background-position: initial; background-repeat: initial;\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: 'Calibri',sans-serif; color: #4ba524;\">The third step<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-family: 'Calibri',sans-serif; color: black;\"> \u2013 after the auction session is closed \u2013 will be the announcement of results in the form of a webinar (an online conference to be held on 15 May). <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"background-image: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-size: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial; background-position: initial; background-repeat: initial;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Calibri',sans-serif; color: black;\">Persons interested in more detailed analysis of auction results as well as additional knowledge in the area of legal auction procedures and bid development methodology will have the opportunity to participate in a seminar held on 19 May in Radisson Blu hotel in Warsaw. PWEA, PwC and DZP experts will be at your disposal during the event. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"background-image: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-size: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial; background-position: initial; background-repeat: initial;\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: 'Calibri',sans-serif; color: black;\">Access to webinar and auction including submission of one bid costs 350 PLN (+VAT).<\/span><\/strong><strong><span style=\"font-family: 'Calibri',sans-serif; color: black;\"> The event enables the submission of more bids (max. 4) at an additional fee.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"background-image: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-size: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial; background-position: initial; background-repeat: initial;\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: 'Calibri',sans-serif; color: black;\">Two bids &#8211; 700 PLN<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"background-image: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-size: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial; background-position: initial; background-repeat: initial;\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: 'Calibri',sans-serif; color: black;\">Three bids &#8211; 1050 PLN<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"background-image: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-size: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial; background-position: initial; background-repeat: initial;\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: 'Calibri',sans-serif; color: black;\">Four bids &#8211; 1400 PLN<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"background-image: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-size: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial; background-position: initial; background-repeat: initial;\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: 'Calibri',sans-serif; color: black;\">The fee for auction must be paid when registering online.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-family: 'Calibri',sans-serif; color: black;\">Seminar participation cost is PLN 1200 (+VAT) per person.
