The final draft of \u201cRenewable energy regulation\u201d – translation<\/p>\n

Please be advised that PWEA has an English translation of the final draft regulation of minister for economy (renewable energy regulation) on the detailed scope of the obligation to acquire and present certificates of origin for cancellation, pay the substitution fee, purchase electricity and heat produced from renewable energy sources and the obligation to confirm the data concerning the amount of electricity produced from a renewable energy source together with Regulatory Impact Assessment and statement of reasons to regulation which can be purchased upon payment of a fee.<\/p>\n
