The IIIrd edition of the IREW Prize contest is settled. The prize award ceremony was held by a famous TV presenter, Maciej Or\u0142o\u015b on 22 May 2012 during a ceremonial Gala Dinner accompanying the VIIth PWEA Conference&Exhibition.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

The IREW Prize was awarded to:<\/p>\n

Piotr Siergiej from Gazeta Wyborcza for a series of articles featuring renewable energy, for commitment to the subject, sound substantive knowledge and an interesting form.<\/p>\n

The Jury decided to award three equivalent commendations:<\/p>\n

Joanna Trynieszewska and Joanna Klimowska-Kronic<\/strong>\u00a0from TVP Szczecin for the \u201cPodmuch Energii\u201d (\u201cA blow of energy\u201d) movie. The Jury valued a very good scenario conveying a clear message as well as good and interesting narration.<\/p>\n

Katarzyna Hejna<\/strong>\u00a0from \u201cNewseria\u201d news agency for an interesting presentation of the reasons for the occurrence and existence of barriers to wind energy development, with particular regard to the importance of local governments.<\/p>\n

Micha\u0142 Perli\u0144ski<\/strong>\u00a0for a blog featuring wind energy: www.wiatrowa.blox.pl The blog features exceptionally educational approach to wind energy, well-developed and described \u2013 a true compendium for everyone who starts to interest in wind energy.<\/p>\n
