PAD RES Development Sp. z o.o.\u00a0is a Polish clean energy developer that specializes in renewable energy projects, infrastructure investments and commercial real estate. Founded in 2010, the company successfully manages the development of its investments from scratch to the “ready to build” or “ready to operate” stage. In September 2021, the majority of PAD RES shares were acquired by Griffin Capital Partners and Kajima Europe. The Group plans to focus on further development of the PAD RES portfolio, which includes investments in photovoltaic and wind projects at various stages of advancement, both in the development phase and ready for construction, whose total secured connection capacity will exceed 1 GW. This portfolio puts the platform at the forefront of the growing domestic renewable energy sector.
