Polenergia S.A. is the first Polish private energy group, consisting of vertically integrated companies operating in the field of energy production from conventional and renewable sources as well as distribution and trading of electricity. It was established as a result of the consolidation of two groups of assets controlled by the Polenergia Holding S.à r.l. Group based in Luxembourg (Kulczyk Investments Group). Polenergia S.A. is listed on the Stock Exchange. The company is a vertically integrated entity specializing in the implementation of projects ranging from the generation of electricity from conventional and renewable sources, through the distribution of electricity and gas, to the sale and trade of energy and certificates of origin.
