The Extraordinary General Assembly of Polish Wind Energy Association (PWEA) elected a new Board for a two-year term. It is to be directed by the current President, Janusz Gajowiecki.

This is the second term of Janusz Gajowiecki as a President. He has been related to the wind energy industry since 2008, previously as a PWEA Director.

The PWEA Board comprises five persons. Next to the President, the Extraordinary General Assembly of PWEA appointed four Vice-Presidents: Kamila Tarnacka, Wojciech Cetnarski, Arkadiusz Sekściński and Łukasz Zagórski.

Kamila Tarnacka, Wojciech Cetnarski and Łukasz Zagórski held the positions for the last two years.

For Arkadiusz Sekściński this is a return to PWEA, where he has been a Vice-President in the years 2013-2016. Previously he worked in the PWEA Office (since 2011). Arkadiusz Sekściński is also the acting head of PGE EO. Ewa Magiera, the former PWEA Vice-President, remains in PWEA as a person responsible for strategy and communication.
