Michał Michalski has become the new CEO of Polenergia. He replaced Jacek Głowacki, who resigned from the position.
Previously Michalski performed the duties of a Member of the Board of Polenergia responsible for the Group’s development. He has been working for the Kulczyk Investments Group for 18 years.
Next to Michalski, the Supervisory Board of Polenergia also elected a new Member of the Board: Iwona Sierżęga. She has been working for the Group for 20 years. Previously she was the acting President and CEO of Elektrociepłownia Nowa Sarzyna (Nowa Sarzyna CHP Plant).
Polenergia is operating wind farms with a total capacity of approximately 250 MW. Furthermore, it holds approximately 200 MW of projects with valid building permits. The company is also developing a portfolio of offshore wind farms.
