The draft law on renewable energy sources with the changes made by the Council of Minister was sent on 11 June 2014 by the Government Legislation Centre for the opinion of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) of urgently provide an opinion on the compatibility of the draft law with the law the European Union.
Please be informed that PWEA already commissioned the translation of the final version of the draft law on of RES including those chapters that are crucial for wind energy (Chapter 1 and 4, as well as 9,10, 11 and part 12 pertaining to RES support scheme).
