SR Energy is the largest producer of wind energy in Sweden. The company designs, builds, and manages efficient wind farms and has a portfolio of over 200 turbines generating 2 TWh of renewable electricity annually. In the construction phase, SR Energy also has wind farms with a capacity to generate an additional 700 GWh per year. SR Energy was founded in 2005, and its owners are the Swedish pension funds AMF and Alecta, the Norwegian pension fund KLP, and Stena Adactum, which is part of the Stena AB group.
